Reservations Calendar
If you would like to reserve the community hall or the park pavilion, please check the calendar to verify your date is open and then submit the form below. Fees and insurance information are to be submitted to the Dillsburg Borough office within three (3) business days. Failure to do so, will forfeit the date and become open for availability. If you would like to reserve the community hall, please check the calendar to verify your date is open and then submit the form below. A hall rental agreement will then be emailed to you. Once the agreement and fees are submitted back to the Dillsburg Borough, your event will be added to the calendar upon approval. If you have any questions, please email us at dillsburg@dillsburg.com. Rental Fees
Please view the community room fees and information HERE. The fee is $50.00 extra for anyone who wishes to prepare the premises a day early. The fee for the pavilion is $50.00. Please pay in person or mail the check.
