   1. Winfield time extension – received letter asking for extension. To be approved at 12/10/24 meeting.
   2. Review specs for Kubota utility cart to replace damaged/worn golf cart that serves as utility cart currently.
   3. Re: 120 S. Baltimore. Use of cold patching to provide a safe transition.
   4. Covid Funds must be obligated by 12/31/24 to be used by 12/2026.
   5. Review trash hauler bid. Approve to advertise bid at the 12/10/24 Council meeting.
   6. Review 2025 Fee schedule to modify Community Room rental (to include hourly rates vs. only having a full day rate) –to be approved at 12/10/24 meeting.
   7. Reminder of openings on Planning Commission and Zoning Hearing Boards (1 each.) Notice on social media if necessary.
   8. Use of DILLSBURG bricks to create a walkway from the parking lot to the door to the PW bay. High School Advisors Troy Summey and Meagan Smyers to coordinate with Brian Gayman and Jayme Slothower. Educational credit hours for students.
   9. Review Holiday door decorating entries.
